No OS Will Boot

Hi,

I recently built a new pc (not my first, but been several years). Everything went smoothly, installed fine and running perfectly for 2-3 weeks. One night the system crashes, powers down. No error messages, just dies.

Ever since then I've been unable to boot into just about anything. Windows, for example, will show the logo for 3-5 seconds then restart. The same with a Windows 10 disk and on a USB stick. I've tried ubuntu and hirens. I can get mem86 to load, and it passes (only left one iteration to run though), other than that it gets stuck in a reboot cycle as with Windows.

As it will POST, I was uncertain if this was a hardware issue. Nevertheless I've tried pulling everything but the CPU. Without RAM I get the expected errors, with RAM and just the USB stick the problem persists.

I've tried booting with legacy rather than UEFI, in legacy it just hangs (left overnight). I suspected the motherboard, so had it replaced, but still getting the same problem.

I've also tried the usual CMOS resets, flashing the BIOS, reseating everything etc.

System
Asus Maximus VIII Hero
Intel 6600K
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb (2x8gb)
Corsair hydro H100i
EVGA 650w GQ PSU
Samsung Evo 850 SSD
Toshiba P300
EVGA GTX1070

I'm out of ideas what to try now, any help would be appreciated!
