Hello guys! I'm planning on build a new pc.

i7 6700k OC @4.5GHz
CoolerMaster Seidon 120V
Asus Z170-E
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 2133MHz
Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB
2x SSD 240GB

My question is... Can I run it with the EVGA SuperNova 550GS? I have simulated it on PSU calculator, but idk if I can trust the results (550w recommended).

obs: I'm not gonna do a SLI

Thank you!

Solution
Yes you can, though a G2 version would be better for your build.
Ideally you should look at units like EVGA SuperNova G2 650w or Corsair RM650x.
Don't get this crappy cooler. It has no advantage over decent air cooler for half the price (spared money goes to better RAM, Better MB).
If you want to go liquid, do it properly with one of those: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/aio

The GS is just as good as the G2. It is made by Seasonic. They are basically interchangeable.

^ AFAIR, at lower wattage models the G2 is better than GS. Anyway, as i said earlier, there is not must, just would be better.
As for 650 recommendation is just to have things running quieter. RM650x fan will not spin under 40% load. Which would be over 90% of the time for this build :)
