Everytime i open chrome i get this http://prntscr.com/cl7wj3 clicking allow access does not make it go away.
If i disable the notifications in firewall they turn right back on http://prntscr.com/cl7x55 not on a restart but if i close the firewall window they just turn right back on.
Not just chrome but steam and some of my other games too like overwatch
Its really getting annoying. Not even the settings i save in ipv4 would save. just a few seconds later it would reset.
I already try running chkdsk but it still didnt help.
Even if i tried adding them through the allowed through it would just forget it.
other programs like firefox or battlenet and origin seems to to be fine without any notifications though none of them are even on the allowed list as well
btw im using public network settings for my home internet
