I want to upgrade my graphics card (gtx 680 SC) but I don't know if the one I want (gtx 1070 Asus) compatible with my motherboard (Asus sabertooth x58). Is it viable or do I need a new motherboard?

I see no reason that it wouldn't be compatible.
Your board is PCIe Gen2.0 with modern cards utilizing 3.0 - but they're backwards compatible so you're not going to see any issues there.

Your board only got a couple of BIOS updates through 2012, so there's a slight risk from that standpoint - but drivers were being made available/updated for Windows 10 via ASUS's site as recently as August 20616 - so I'd be pretty optimistic.

Where I do see some issues though, is your CPU.
On an x58 Sabertooth, even if you had the best i7 for the time (maybe you do?), that's still a 7 or 8 year old CPU at this point, and would likely fail to allow the full 'grunt' of a 1070. Still going to be a viable upgrade, but perhaps a 1060 is more appropriate?
