disk usage 90%-100% usage

hello again, after some weeks i have a problem...my disk usage again hits 90%-100% i dont know what to do!!! its really annoying..one day its ok and the next day it isnt...
so here is a screenshot :

If kaspersky is scanning your system (as it supposed to do to look for infections) then your interrupting it while it was working. Yes it can hit 100%, as we have no clue what hardware your system is when you took those screen shots.

For example, I am on a Toshiba C55-b, which is a Celeron N2840 CPU, 4GB of RAM, using IGP (integrated video) and a 5400RPM HDD. This is so low end that when tasks like more than 4 webpages are open, or a antivirus scan kicks off, yes it takes 100% of my computers capability the ENTIRE time it is trying to 'work' to do the task. There is no 'left over' speed to do anything else and is annoying.

Now you could just uninstall kaspersky and try a free Antivirus instead like AVAST, AVG, Panda, etc. See if...

what you want to know about my hardware..i can inform you if you want
