I73770k safe voltage?

I've been trying to overclock my i7 3770k to around 4.5 and I managed to get that overclock at 1.250 volts is that safe? I tried pushing it further and I got it to 4.7 at 1.350 volts I wanna know what's a safe voltage and overclock thanks btw my temps are at around 30c without the overclock and around 45c with the 4.7 1.350 volts thanks

It's hard to know what voltage is truly safe, but most have followed a rule of not going about ~1.3v for daily use on 22nm CPUs.

45c idle, or load?

Also, be aware that 4.7ghz is only ~4% faster than 4.5, which is such a small improvement that you might not reliably see it in benchmark results, nevermind perceive it in real-world use.
