i5 6600k overclock only to 4.1 Ghz

Hi! I can overclock my i5 6600k only to 4.1 Ghz with using 1.38V. If I go beyond 4.1Ghz it keeps crashing. What should I do?

Do you have the latest BIOS? A different PSU you can try? Might simply be a weak CPU
