so for a few days i had a windows update notification,so while i was updating my power fell out.
when i restarted it said "restoring to previous point" so i waited.
after 20 minutes it was done and my pc restarted but now every time i start my pc it first shows bios and stuff then it shows the windows logo loading after that for half a second it says "restoring to previous point" and then my screen turns off then on and does it all over again,is there a fix or should i reinstall windows, because i do have acces to bios.
