If you are gaming on 1080p or higher resolutions, then definately go for the upgrade, it's so worth it.
If you're gaming on 720p then you probably don't need the 1060, a 960 would be enough

depends on your cpu, post your entire build, you already might be bottlenecked by the cpu.
