First Gaming PC Build Need Help

Solution
this is better suited.
paying for an overclockable CPU when you mainboard doesn't support it is not a smart buy. I included a better mainboard overall so you have the possibility to upgrade later on. for GTA 5 / Crysis I'd like a better GPU but at your budget it's hard. slightly over budget:

Solution
Your games are largely single threaded and cpu limited.
A cheaper i3-6100 will serve you better.
Here is a review:

Also, always buy ram in a 2 stick kit for faster dual channel operation. Buy what you need up front, adding ram will not be supported.
Ram is cheap enough, for a 2 x 8gb kit.

120gb is too small for windows today. Look for 240gb. Perhaps even 500gb, and omit the hard drive; you can always add a hard drive later.
I like Samsung evo better for performance and quality.

Corsair CX is not considered reliable. Look for Seasonic, xfx, or antec. as little as 430w is ok.

generally I agree with you

BUT I run Win7 on a 120 GB SSD, including drivers, Mainboard&GPU Utility, Office & Rainmeter there's still 45GB free space
if you move your personal folders to the HDD a 120GB SSD is enough for the OS

also the unit in his build is the updated CXM, not the best unit but not particularly worse than a S12II
checking the prices of the CX650M in India currently it's by far cheaper than the 550 and any seasonic unit

but yes, the i3! I have completely forgotten about it!
