Wifi suddenly gone? Not even device manager

Dell latitude 15 7559, wifi adapter not found in both windows 10 and ubuntu 14 . widows side the drivers are up to date and still there, but its not in device manager, dell support dont know anything and no, it has been working perfect for the last 2 months ive had ubuntu on it, its physicaly still there, and windows has not updated to anniversary edition yet

I NEED this laptop for my classes

EDIT= there is no wireless option in bios, secure boot makes no difference either

usually there is either a physcial switch on the laptop to turn the wifi on or off, or a keyboard combination.

If linux doesn't see it, it's not software, so either the card died or that switch/keyboard combo is pressed.
