Will the GTX 1080 TI Have custom boards with MSI and ASUS?

Solution
Yes there will be, and judging by the other cards in the pascal line up right now, there may be a few under, but most of them at or over the price of the founders edition.
The gap between the 1080 and Pascal TitanX is not that great. There is some speculation that there isn't enough room between them to squeeze in a 1080Ti that has the same gains we saw with the 780 & 980 Ti's.

I'm not saying there won't be but to me its no sure thing either.

The other difference is the 1080 is clear king at the moment, AMD can't even compete with the 1070. What's the incentive for Nvidia to bring a Ti to market any time soon?

If they make a Titan, they are almost always going to have a x80 Ti. what are they going to do with all the GP102 cores that didnt make the cut for the Titan, throw them away? It would be a huge loss to not be able to sell those cores.
