Is my PC compatible with gtx 1070? Any bottlenecks?

PSU: 850w corsair
CPU: i5 2500k OC to 4.5 ghz
RAM: 8 gb DDR3
MBO: P8Z68-V PRO

Not sure if I should get a 1060 or a 1070 with this build... Any thoughts? The CPU is my biggest concern.

Had a discussion here not long ago a guy had two systems one a 6600k with GTX970 and a i7 920 or 930 (forget which one, that generation anyhow) overclocked with a 1070. Would have been more ideal for the 6600k to have the 1070 obviously but just for curiosity sake he tested and the old i7 + 1070 combo beat the 6600k + 970.

Your 2500k no problem driving 1070.
