So i found this good looking ssd for cheap and its 240 gb. However, i read some reviews about. They said that it is good for the price but its slow and makes the pc have a really slow boot up time. My second option is the 850 evo series ssd. I read a lot of positive reviews on this one. But its quite expensive. Is the samsung 850 evo really worth it or is the performance between the two really small?

The Trion 150 is a budget SSD and priced as such.
It'll be slower in boot times (generally) and in benchmarks that a higher class SSD.

The 850 EVO really is the best of the best in the 'consumer' grade SSDs, but that comes at a premium.

What do you use currently? If you're moving from a mechanical HDD, the Trion will be a huge improvement. Other than boot times (which are not as fast as an 850EVO, but there are many variables), you're not going to notice enough of a difference between the Trion & the EVO to justify the additional cost.

If you're upgrading from an existing SSD, the 850EVO is where it's at!
