Second time building a computer gentlemen! i already have a 980gtx GPU that i will be using from my old computer... I want to build a tower with a budget of 1500$ anything cheaper would be awesome but yeah ill spend 1500$ if i have too.

I dont need Monitors / peripheral's i have them already. Just need a Case, PSU / PSU / Cooling System / Ram / Mobo.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

the purpose of this computer is for gaming, but i would really like to be able to run a single pc setup for streaming games, especially CS GO! (300+ FPS with high quality stream).

thanks again.

You could spend much more on your build if desired, but for streaming CS:GO and light multitasking, it might be a waste. The motherboard and CPU are the latest Skylake parts, but aren't designed for overclocking. If you want to overclock we can change the build, but that won't make a huge difference. The parts listed above are all good quality, including the PSU, and 620 watts is ideal.

If you really want to step up to 1440p or 4k, then I would suggest the following. You can sell the GTX 980 Ti and the rest of the unused parts to help offset the cost.

this seems really cheap, is the mobo a first gen mobo or is it last years? the psu seems good i guess, for the price / power ratio, case is subjective to change based on loook but for the price it looks super solid, 620W PSU? i have a 980gtx arent psu's usually 700-1000W minimum? Ram is fine i guess... Anyone else have a take on the build? i need more advice please
