I'm at the end of my wits here - been messing around for the whole day now. Basically, I just bought a Sapphire R7 250 2GB DDR5 graphics card, and it's not being powered on by my PC. Its fans start spinning for a split second, and then just stop. The screen is pitch black, and the device manager doesn't even recognize that there's anything in the port. The frustrating part is that my PC recognizes my old Radeon card without any issues, and right now works on an integrated card - AND the card itself booted up on another PC without any problems whatsoever.

I've updated my BIOS, removed all the previous graphics drivers, switched Legacy support in BIOS on and off, reseated it a bunch of times, and triple-checked all of the slots - nothing works. It doesn't require any additional power, so there's no 6-pins that I have to connect, and my PSU handles the cards WITH additional connectors just fine. I would frankly just considered it dead, if it hadn't loaded up in another (older and much weaker) PC perfectly.

I have H110M-K motherboard, Intel i5 6600, 8GB HyperX Ram, and a 500wt PSU.

Ready to try anything out, thanks!

Someone answered me on another forum. It turned out to be faulty PSU, after all. Weird, since it worked just fine on another card, but still.
