If all you do is mainly gaming with little or no CPU intensive tasks like editing or CAD, I would use the i5 over the i7 to save money and put it towards something else, like a better graphics card as suggested above. I tweaked your build a little to include faster RAM which will give a little better performance without much of a price penalty, and a higher quality PSU. Changed the CPU cooler to the Cryorig H7 that cools better the the EVO. The GTX 1070 will give you much better FPS and compliment your display very well. Also, if you don't intend to overclock, we can make this build quite a bit cheaper with out sacrificing a whole lot of performance.

I felt like a 1060 would be the best option since I've been seeing reviews of how it runs other games at 1080p at 60fps and even higher. Considering I wanna play games like the witcher and GTA v
