Okay so I'm planning on building a new PC (im new at this PC building thing) and I have a question.
If my motherboard will maybe need a bios update for my processor will it still run so i can make the installation?
Or will I need to purchase a secondary processor to get the bios then switch it?
Herea my rig (http://pcpartpicker.com/list/rzBYd6)

I wouldn't imagine a board produced recently(ish) would actually need the BIOS update - most should ship with the latest BIOS.
Unless you happen to be supplied with significantly older stock (manufactured around the launch of the 4690 in early 2014), then a BIOS update would be required - but the chances are minimal.

You should be fine
