Do you just make a pc build on the spot or have a part list prepared for questions like this? just curious

I can slap them together pretty quick. I took your link, removed the OLD weak FX6300, motherboard , and RAM, and then added the i3, motherboard, and DDR4. Next, I had to get rid of that case with the 500w psu because that psu is total garbage. Lastly, I had a lot more money to work with after those changes so I selected the best video card I could fit with the remaining budget.
