will this board damage the cpu overtime cause of using ddr3 ?

DDR4 memory has default voltage of 1.2V, whereas DDR3L memory has 1.35V supply voltage. ... All skylake capable motherboard do support DDR3 RAM.

they do support indeed...albeit with repercussions if u dont adjust the volts...
