Let's start with specs:

I5 4670K @ 3.4Ghz,
GTX 770,
16GB DDR3 RAM (2 X 8),
2TB HDD (Which I often move between two different PCs).

Had the PC for over a year,
Few problems prior,
After playing WarFrame yesterday I've been getting BSoD on ALL video games I've tried to play (Dark Souls 3, Subnautica, CS:GO, Stellaris and more).
The error is "Video Scheduler Internal Error",
I am currently re-installing my drivers (And Completely removed them before hand).

I'm wasting time trying to fix this on my day off. Why does life hate me :3

Yup.

I used a program called Device Driver Uninstaller to uninstall my old drivers completely, and now that I've reinstalled them fresh it seems to be working.

Edit: Crashed after trying to open inventory.

The GPU is only hitting 60 degrees Celsius though, and the 770 is supposed to run above that, (70 - 80). So if the problem IS heat then my GPU is buggered completely. The games appear to launch but artificing returns and crashes the PC after about 10 - 15 seconds of gameplay.

Artifacts are not a sign of thermal throttling.
Modern cards should throttle before that becomes an issue.

If running it cooler (No Load, Standard clocks) makes no difference it is a sign that the card has been cooked and the transistors are permanently damaged.

No amount of thermal paste will fix it.
