I'm looking at building a custom gaming PC however I came across this prebuild which seems to be a good price, I'm not sure what to think about it and wanted to get some other opinions on it.

I would build it. That prebuild has a PSU of questionable quality, as they cannot even be bothered to list the make/model of it. I would probably change some things up, as some of that is overpriced, for what you are getting.
