So my friend finally bought a gaming pc. His internet is really slow because he lives right in the middle of nowhere but normally when no one but he uses the internet it is good enough for normal gaming and use. But ever since he got a new pc he's been having a problem with the internet. When no one is at home like I said his internet is good enough and he can watch 480p video however when he connects his pc to the internet it just goes from good enough to terrible. When normal his internet has like a 200 kb/s download speed but on his new pc with it turned on it is only like 4 kb/s. His old pc which had a core i3 and no graphics card had no problems at all. He's on Ethernet. What is going wrong?
