Frozen at 99%

I am not able to go into the Safe Mode at all. Tried to install a newer software, and it keeps getting frozen at 99%. Even after trying the power button with beeps, and unplugging it, still reverts back to installing, and then freezes at 99%. Any solutions??

Install what newer software? Windows? What does Safe Mode have to do with this? Are you trying to install something or get to Safe Mode? Try reseating the RAM, trying different RAM, maybe a hard drive issue.
