I've put thermal paste on CPU, but never turned on PC

Hello. I want just to ask, should I put new thermal paste or it is good to go? Because i haven't turned on my pc in about year now :D So yeah should i change it or not?

You applied new thermal paste and never turned it on? Just left it for a year?

You should be fine to turn it on (clean out any dust with some compressed air first though). It certainly won't hurt to replace the paste, but it shouldn't be totally necessary.
