When I first bought my PC, it was running fine. But then 2 months ago, it started having issues, the home screen began to lag, the applications began to slow down when it came to opening them (which is weird because I have an SSD), and then the worst of all, any game that uses my graphics card, after about 10 minutes of opening it, just freezes, then after about 30 seconds unfreezes and says "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" It's almost impossible to play any games! I usually run at around 400 fps in CS:GO, but then after these problems started occurring, my fps dropped to 200, on lowest settings (which I wouldn't mind) but when I moved my mouse, it dropped to 70 frames (for some reason my PC needs to be at above 144 fps otherwise it starts acting very glitchy.) Help?
Specs:
i7-6700k
16GB DDR4
AMD R9 390
750 Watts EVGA
DVI display adapter
Monitor: BENQ XL2411 144Hz

Solution
Your R9 390 is drawing more power than the EVGA PSU can provide.
Invest in a high quality, well reviewed power supply.
EVGA are usually pretty good, you may have luck with an warranty claim.

If you went out and bought a top of the line 750W or higher PSU i'd bet the farm your problems go away.

EVGA 750 GQ 750W Power Supply 80 Plus Gold is my power supply, I thought this would be fine when it came towards supply power to my gpu.

It honestly should be enough. But your getting an error associated with power draw.
