Hey guys. THank you for having such a nice forum :p I am getting the dreaded kernel error 41,63 . Any ideas on what it might be? Here is my log from event viewer:

Well, the system should not be underpowered with a corsair cx750 psu. Considering that I am running an i7-3770 and a gtx 970 and 8 gigs of ram

Then as Rogue Leader said you should run Memtest (if you manage to power up your computer), if it doesn't find anything... try to tell your system to never sleep:

Sleep states are not the issue, that PSU supports them.

Thank you for the youtube link, I will try that. So far the mem test has come up clean so it does not look like that is the issue

I am not saying that this is the issue in this case, but it has been in many others, so why you shouldn't give it a try when you can always turn it back...

i can't do that, since im on windows 7
