Dear Tomshardware Community
I built my first PC one month ago. During that time I had no problems expect for a buzzing power supply. I brought it to the store and they gave me a new one. Since I but everthing back together it happens that my sound randomly stops, with it videos on youtube freez or games like overwatch. Since I can run pretty demanding games (other than overwatch) I think it can't be the gpu, after the windows ram-check it also seems unlikely to be the ram. I reinstalled windows 10, 2 times and updated all drivers possible to the newest version but still the sound goes away and overwatch freezes.

Do you guys have any idea what could be wrong or what I shouöd try next?

It's so weird, if it would be the software which one? The os, the drivers? I really desperate right now an don't know what to do to fix it...

most probably the drivers , and not the os , though some hardware seem to fail with time and do not function in new games like the call of duty series

The thing is my hardware is literally new....it worked before, probably it doesn't work because one driver is causing conflicts...I was recommanded to roll back to a certain nvidia driver ...
