Hello!

So recently, my 5 year old PSU started making grinding noises, so I shut it off before it damaged any of my components.

But now, I need a new PSU? Balling on a really small budget(about 60 dollars), I was looking at these

Modecom Volcano 650w(Modular, 80 plus bronze)
Tacens Valeo V 800w(Modular, 80 plus silver)

Which one out of these 2 is better? I'm looking at specifically a cheap, preferably modular(I dont have a lot of space for cable management so modular works best), so these seem to do the trick. If those 2 are too terrible to do anything(like light gaming), I'd love to hear some recommendations

mod edit: please watch the language

Thank you!

I haven't heard of either of that brands. better stay away from them.

what's your build and your location? bcs I don't think you'll be needing 650-800W for "light gaming"
the new Corsair CXM aren't too bad and fairly cheap
otherwise a Seasonic M12II

Thank you all for the tips.

I currently have an i5-2400, GTX 550 Ti(Was planning to upgrade to a GTX 1060 soon), 8 gigs of ram and all that.

You guys reckon a CX450M would be enough for all that and possibly for a 1060 in the future?

If not, would the same model but 550w do the trick? (Little more expensive but I could probably whip up that much) I'm more or less clueless when it comes to consumption, so my apologies if the posts seem really newb-tier!
