PC powers on, fans spin, LEDs lit, Mobo beeps 1 long 2 short

So I got some new computer parts and I installed them. The PC turns on, the LEDs are lit and the fans spin. The only problem is a display never shows up and I can't access bios. There is one long beep and two short ones, continuously. Pls halo.

So what do I do? More of a novice when it comes to this sort of thing. I have two 16 bars of DDR4, how do I know for sure it's the ram and how do I fix it?

it could be something else too , but i didn't push my rams too far in the last time and beeps i had was sort of like what you said , have you checked everything else ? does your psu meet your power requirements ? did you connect the pcie power cables ?
