Do O-Rings work with my keyboard?

I recently bought the Tomoko i-500 mechanical keyboard. My first thoughts is that it sounds REALLY loud, and I want to reduce that noise. Will O-Rings reduce the sound of the "clicking" noise or just the noise when your keycap hits the surface of your keyboard. Thanks.

Your KB uses Cherry MX Blue switches and o-rings won't help.

MX-Blue are supposed to be loud. As Aeacus said o-rings won't help because the switch has a built in mechanism that makes the loud clicking noise when pressed.

Brown and Red are typically the preferred switches as they are not clicky like Blue. I prefer Brown due to being able to feel the point of activation and it isn't super loud.
