Well, in both Gaming and OC mode the MSI GPU is faster than the Zotac in both base and boost clock. The Zotac's memory frequency is 8 GHz. The MSI's is 8 GHz in Gaming mode, and 8.1 GHz in OC mode. Pretty much everything else is identical between the two cards, including the 120 W power consumption.

The MSI card also looks much better, in my opinion. Considering the extra $10, I would buy the MSI.

Well, the MSI one is actually not available in my area but the ZOTAC one is. It will probably take 15 more days or so for the MSI to arrive! So do you think it's worth the wait?
