Hi,
Which is better?.
Why the MSI has less power connectors, is it not good enough or what?.
Which has better clocks and will give me better FPS?.

I don't like the RGB lights.
The MSI GAMING Z has more clock and boots clock, a little bit more, not much.
I think it is better, isn't it?.

If your monitor is 60 Hz vert. refresh, it won't matter which you get. It will be wasted performance. If your monitor is 120Hz/144Hz, you will be able to get the full benefit from either one. The MSI has the fastest out-of-box clocks, but the Evga has the best warranty if that is important to you. It sounds like you favor the MSI. I have both brands (in lesser video cards) and like them both.

I just like the msi's design
I just want to know if it will be a problem due to the MSI has less power phases than the EVGA FTW.

MSI has 8x and 6x
and EVGA has 8x and 8x

I won't overclock it much, they are good enough out of the box, just a little I guess.
Besides, the GAMING Z has better clock out of the box, that means that I need less overclock of the card.
isn't it?.

Well, apart from that, I just want quality and a good card for 1-2 years.
evga or msi?.

Quality? Evga by a tad. But to be honest, I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference in performance if you owned both cards, clocked them the same, and benchmarked them. Get whichever one you like the best and don't look back.
You never did tell me the vert refresh rate of your 2K monitor. You can only see the fps that the rate the screen refreshes the display at... no matter how many fps the card is rendering.

The thing is that people say that the MSI doesn't go further because it has just 8x and 6x instead of 8x and 8x like the FTW has.

:(

but I like the MSI by far.

Just get the MSI then. They are both great cards.
