error terminating process access denied??

I was playing black ops 3 and when I closed it the process is still running in task manager. a lot of other apps and games do this too and when I try to close them in task manager nothing happens but with black ops 3 when I tried to close it its saying access denied so I was reading on this site and someone said to get process explorer and close it through that. it says the same thing when I try to close it :/ any reasons why? I feel like its windows 7 but I could be totally wrong at the same time

no I don't have an active one set and I know the best av programs cost money but I cant afford one right now :(
