Ive looked around but everything is so different. So I through together a build and would like input on it. Just remember this, I want it to have the best without being ridiculous. 2000$ is about what I want to spend, give or take a couple hundred. Main game im playing right now is Division. I also play darksouls 3 and wow. Plan to play whatever comes out in 2017.

Heres what I have so far minus little crap.

the build looks good , if you want to save more money you don't need a AIO cooler and don't need to spend that much on a mobo also could get cheaper ram without the loss of FPS and a WD blue HDD

I have not looked at monitors yet. But I definitely want the best I can get. 4k preferably. 1440 at least. And as big as I can go while keeping fps. I have been gaming for 2 years on a 46inch 1080p tv that only has 60hz.

My current build is as follows

AMD 6300 running on 4cores at 4.1ghz
Gigabyte gtx 970
asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
samsung evo 250gb ssd
a cheap 700w psu
corsair vengance 8gb of I think 2400 ddr4

And on that setup games like division and darksouls are locked at 30fps. At the same time WoW goes over 100fps. Ive seen locked 30-60 on a few games. So Its either AMD is junk, or the monitor is hindering my performance.

What would I miss by downgrading the MOBO? Will definitely take your advice on the HD, and probably the Ram. But I like that cpu cooler.

2 SATA 6 Gb/s is about all

The case will fit the GPU I have had a evga 980 ti MSI gtx 1070 and a Evga 1080 SC in my case same one

Thanks! and thats the same monitor I went with. The pg278. And I am definitely doing some sort of lighting kit. probably a custom lighting kit. I have done alot of custom led lighting for cars, atvs, and other things.
