I just built a PC and my GPU keeps heating up at very strange things. It's a gtx 550 ti (unknown manufacturer) When watching youtube videos it heated up to 60-67c. And I just tried out one not graphically demanding game(goat simulator) to see what would happen and it heated up to 71c. Are these ok temps for the tasks that it's doing and if not, how do I safely increase my gpu cooler's RPM?

Hello... Nvidia GPU's are typically good in the 80 C range... at 90C they will start to visual artifact, or shut down your OS without Damage... your OK B )
If this was a Used video card? you might want to re-thermal paste the GPU to the Heatsink/Fan assembly B / because that stuff can dry out over the years... it needs to be moist to work the best.
