My USB stick fell on the ground. And was overrun by a car.

I already tried to plug it in my laptop but it won't show up on windows. I thought It could be a problem regarding the fact that it doesn't have it's little red casing anymore, so I tried to put a piece of paper to give it a bit of thikness, but nope. Next, I found out it has that little white thing that is broken. Can I fix it?
Thanks

I'm going to assume you're worried about recovering the data on the drive, rather than salvaging the drive itself? Because that drive now belongs in the bin. They're so cheap just buy a new one.

If there is critical data on that drive then you're probably best served approaching a professional data salvaging company. It's likely to be quite expensive, like easily into the hundreds of dollars, but if the data really is critical then that's your best chance at getting it back.

Yep. That's it. Busted and hardly replaceable.

Thanks
