Will a i5 4460 Bottleneck a GTX 770 SLI (Windforce)??

Hi my question is very simple, all I need not know is that an intel core i5 4460 will bottleneck a gtx 770 sli, and if it does, what CPU do you recommend, consider the price please, thanks you for you help!!

No, a i5 4000 series will NOT, i mean NOT bottleneck a 770 in SLI.

I got a i7 2600 that's older then yours, it won't bottleneck my GTX 1060 even tho I would Crossfire it. (Crossfire = SLI AKA AMD version.)
