Bought this mouse bout 2 months ago everything was working great. Next day I come home from work and the mouse has completely stopped working. Unplugged it replugged it, nothing. Uninstalled razer synapse along with all drivers, nothing, not even a light turns on, completely dead. Mouse turns on and works great on other computers, Not mine. Razer support gave up on me since they couldn't find a fix. And yes, all my USB hubs are working fine as i've tried other products in the same usb and those worked fine. I'm not sure if its a software type deal or something more advanced. Would love some help tho.

Hang on, did you say USB hub? That being said, can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals? I'm one of those who actually bought a good number of Razer products until I realized they're riding on the hype train an have faltered on the QC bandwagon pretty badly. My Razer Marauder Keyboard apparently works but the lights are all shot. If you wiggle the USB cable out of the port to disconnect and reconnect it, it will light up for a split second before it's all dark.

Regardless, have you tried , erm, reinstalling your OS and reinstalling your device drivers(making sure they're up to date) alongside the motherboard BIOS? You stated that the mouse runs fine on another system, is it based on the same OS as your culprit machine? System's specs will reveal that though.
