Is this worth overcloking?

I'm getting these parts but I was wondering is it worth overclocking the CPU? I'll be using it for gaming and light photoshop / video editing. In gaming would I see much of a performance boost to make it worth it? If I should go for it, what would be safe to OC it to?

Parts are:
Intel Core i7 4790K
Noctua NH-U12S
HyperX FURY Series (2 x 8 GB) DDR3 1866 MHz
MSI Z97 Gaming 3
EVGA 750 W
MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080

With that fan what would be the highest temp i should really be at safely?

The cooler you currently have should be sufficient. As far as overclocking the performance gains will be dependent to the game/program but in most cases should be an improvement over stock.
