Is it cooler Scythe Mugen 4 PCHG any good to cool i7 6700k, because I read an article tat cpus break under scythe coolers, is that true?

Skylake CPUs have a thinner substrate than older Intel chips, and it's possible for excessive mounting pressure from large tower heatsinks to bend and potentially damage them. However, reports of this are extremely rare. What you're seeing in news are a handful of cases in the entire world, it's not common.
