The game will run, but you are not going to get 60 FPS on the highest settings. If you had a 6th gen Intel CPU with the Intel HD 520 graphics core, then I think you can generally manage around 50 FPS using max settings during intensive fights.

You are going to need a graphics card, for that. The CPU is great, but the integrated graphics are not. What GPU you can get, depends on which size tower, it is, and what power supply you have.
