Hi, as stated I changed the mobo ,psu, hdd ,new cables .
I tried testing each externals (you , sound card" , redownload windows and it still doesn't work.
Brought it down to a repair shop and they can't find the issue at all too.whats left is the RAM and CPU .
Anyone have any idea what else could be te problem?? Thanks
