Will my Corsair RM650 safely power a 1060?

Im going to be upgrading from my old gtx 770 soon to a GTX 1060 (GIGABYTE), but before I do I want to make sure I dont have to upgrade my psu, seeing as how im going to have a tight budget.
Here are my specs for any of you who can help:

CPU
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28) [about to be 16 gigs]
Motherboard
ASRock Z97X Killer (CPUSocket)
Graphics
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (NVIDIA)
Storage
931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1ER162 (SATA)
698GB Seagate ST3750528AS (SATA)

The GTX 1060 is optimized to reduce power consumption. You can even run a GTX 1070 with that PSU tho. Don't worry, you still have plenty of power left with those 650W.

Is that 4690K overclocked? Or at stock speed?

Yes, usually at 4 ghz when playing anything other than Stardew Valley

Got it, well, that's not a big overclock, so you definetly won't have problems with the GPU change, go for it!
