It's a massive upgrade but as said what's the rest of your system? No point in getting a better gpu if the rest of the system is going to hold it back.

well, the GTX 1060 will be great for 1080p gaming
the 1070 would be great for 1080p@1144Hz and/or 1440p gaming
The other components should have no problem to do their job for a couple of years for sure.
What PSU you are using ?

Yes it will be fine assuming your psu is not garbage which is likely since you obviously have a prebuilt PC.
