Video card transfer

I just bought a used computer with an okay GPU (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.33 GHz) but the video card, Intel Q35 Express is terrible and cannot run anything. I bought this computer to replace my laptop which is falling apart. I thought that while I am at it, I should transfer the Intel HD I already have in there since it could run a few games (but at terrible speed and graphics thanks to a bag GPU). Is it possible or even a good idea?

What your saying isn't making sense.
An Intel Core 2 Duo is a CPU
The "video card" is not a video card, but integrated graphics built into the motherboard.
Intel HD graphics are integrated graphics built into more modern Intel CPUs.
You can't transfer hardware (except maybe a hard drive) from a laptop to a desktop, they have completely different formats and are designed and built for different purposes.

This roughly explains HOW you actually install/upgrade a graphics card:

What graphics card you can actually put in your system is up to a few factors, like the size of the case, how wide and long it is, as well as how many Watts the PSU has as well as...

A Core 2 duo is also a really old CPU now, being a decade old technology.
