Games wont lauch. (Factory reset'd computer)

My bluetooth driver wasnt working i did everything so i decided to factory reset my computer. now its working and such but i have one problem i installed Steam and counter strike global offensive. but for some reason when i press play it wont open the game. its says its running and i have the csgo.exe process but the game isnt showing up

No not DX. Try these https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/2977003 From your subsequent messages it sounds like you may also not have the right gpu drivers installed either

The game folder doesnt have a folder called redist. it only had directx_installer

Tried to do that when i installed the driver from the page it said i didnt meet the programs requirements Also the driver is called in device manager "Standard VGA graphics adapter"
