Hey I have 500 GB wd elements had. 2 month before it says that due to 0x80070e type error ,it can't copy and further it says data hardware error.
I download some software but I think it might be bad sectors. It happens only when I formatted my hdd due to some administrative security problems. Before formatting I was able to access the whole hdd , now also but can't copy or it copy for 1 minute and then gives the error.please help me guys

Solution
Sectors are on the actual platters of the hdd, its impossible to fix them. All you can do is copy info off them if possible and buy another one. If drive is less than one year old, its still under warranty: https://support.wdc.com/warranty/warrantypolicy.aspx?lang=en

MY understanding is the reallocated sector count only has a limited amount of good sectors to use, and once they are all gone, and it discovers another bad sector, it fails. Bad sectors are a sign of a sick hdd, and data recovery services charge a lot for their services. I linked a free one but it won't recover as much. There are a few free ones on the market but they all seem to be there to promote the paid versions of same software.

How did it happen? I don't know, it...

It says fail and then it says to repair bad sector ,I click on repair but it cannot be able to repair and says to contact wd technical support. Further when I saw the smart drive information all are ok but there is a cross on Reallocated Sector Count. What should I do

i think you need a new hard drive. How old is it as I am not sure how long the warranty is on them.

Its likely a rep from WD will post in here in next days so they may have more to say on that.

All hdd have a certain number of spare sectors it can use to replace bad sectors on drive with good ones, I think Reallocated sector count tracks them and you may have exceeded the number. There is no fix to this besides get a new drive. depending on value of the information on the drive you can try programs like http://www.easeus.com/data-recovery/data-recovery-software/free-hard-drive-data-recovery-software.htm

How did it happen? I don't know, it could have been a flaw in drive that took its time to be recoignised, it could have been a bump to case that caused the head that reads disc to touch drive, the space between platters and hdd is minute
