I am planning to build my very first gaming PC and I would like your advice if my chosen hardware is going to work or not and any improvement that I can make with this hardware. to play game like GTA 5, COUNTER STRIKE, LEAGUE OF LEGEND

Looks fairly nice, I dunno if the fan will fit (check the case width and the fan is 160mm)

If I may ask though, why such an overpowered CPU? I mean it's not a bad thing to have but I would get an i5 6600k and swap for a 1070 or pocket it personally because I think you should get good frames in any of those three games with the 6600k anyways.
