I'm thinking about upgrading my motherboard any recommendations?

My psu is 500w and my budget is $90-$140

That CPU is kinda compared to what's out today from Intel, I think unless your CPU is broken or not working well at all you should save yourself some money and build a nice PC later or something.

It is compatible but a pointless waste of money.

First and foremost you are paying extra for the A10 vs an athlon X4 for its integrated graphics when you already getting dedicated graphics.
You are paying 80% cost for used components, and a used CPU is one of the worst things to buy becasue you have ZERO idea how poorly overclocked and overheated and abused that CPU is.
Lastly the entire FM2 platform is a waste for any serious gaming. Even the BEST cpu for FM2 can not measure up to a 3rd/4th generation Core i3 (which is just above-entry-level for intel). So your "new" cpu and motherboard will already bottleneck and hold back your GPU you picked and so you will have to buy a new CPU and Motherbaord to upgrade out of that hole.

Also just because someone printed sticker with "500w" on it in absolutely no way means that the power supply is capable of outputting even 400w reliably. Cheap PC PSUs when used with power hungry GPUs are well known to not only die, but fry the rest of your PC parts with it; there are even some cases of them causing a house fire and burning the entire house down!

Also you are literally paying $70 more for the older slower card then you would for the newer 1060 with more memory:

These are the parts i already have installed, im looking for a motherboard better then mine to hold more ram and just better overall. Thanks for the answer and sorry for the misleading title!
